Fitness and Nutrition Plan ? Who is Isabel De Los Rios?

Fitness and Nutrition Plan ? Diet Solution ? Introduction

Efforts at browsing the net for fitness and nutrition plans most of the time, lead you to the Diet Solutions Program. This is a fitness and nutrition plan that helps people achieve their weight loss objectives, putting an emphasis on on the dietary and nutritional components of fat loss. It is my aim with this post, to provide a genuine and unprejudiced (but very brief) review of this fitness and nutrition plan, and try to present a convincing enough (I hope) argument on why I do believe that the Diet Solutions Program is perhaps all you need to help send that belly fat packing!

Sure enough, there is absolutely no program that works the exact same way for everyone, because every one of us possess unique characteristics. The Diet Solutions Program does an fantastic job though at ensuring that fat loss goals are met, due to the fact that it is personalized to suit individual weight loss demands and metabolic processes.

Fitness and Nutrition Plan ? Diet Solution ? The Advantages

You will be able to eat nearly as almost as much as you do now. Shaun and Isabel de Los Rios(the originators) of the Diet Solutions Program just point you towards what you need to eat and that which you need to not eat, and also the reasons behind this. The dietary program provides you with a customized eating plan, unlike other diet plans that merely toss the program in front of you and let people sought issues out by themselves. By going through the program, you have much more of an opportunity to stay lean over time. There is nothing to keep an eye on or count, no portioning or deprivations. It is really a very simple system and finds its fundamental strength in the ease of use.

On top of that, The Diet Solutions Program has just a few basic principles which are very easy to fully grasp.

Who is Isabel de Los Rios?

Isabel de Los Rios, the creator of the program, is a licensed nutrition expert and coach, so she knows what she?s talking about. A few of her free videos on her site presents you with a taste of what the program has to offer, and also presents you with some guidelines and methods that you most likely had not heard about before now. She stresses all of the myths that you might have learned from other programs, and subsequently presents you with actual details behind weight-loss.

Fitness and Nutrition Plan ? Diet Solution ? The Downside

Lastly, there is one consistent negative connotation that people tend to relate to this fitness and nutrition plan: the truth that this is an online book rather than an actual, physical study material. Personally, I do not mind e-books whatsoever. At times I even prefer them. In any case, if for some reason you do not like ebooks, you can always simply have it printed.

All I can say is that the Diet Solutions Program is a great book and fitness and nutrition plan. You should download and read a copy for yourself.

Verizon halts dubious third-party billing on landlines, years after landlines were 'in'

ImageOkay, okay -- landlines are still useful. But rapidly growing, they are not. That said, Verizon is caving to congressional pressure in a relatively minor way, announcing that it'll be banning certain third-party charges on landline bills. In political circles, the process is known as "cramming," where customers (oftentimes unknowingly) submit their number to certain third-party add-ons that have generated some $10 billion in revenue over the past five years. Sen. Jay Rockefeller from West Virginia is applauding the move, and also encouraging Congress to make this commonplace across all carriers. Curiously, there's no mention of mobile blocking, where consumers are regularly duped into subscribing to recurring fees via text-based competitions and contests. Perhaps when we've all moved on to telepathy, the feds can get right on that.

Coup topples 'incompetent regime' in Mali

Habibou Kouyate / AFP - Getty Images

Mali soldiers gather on a Bamako street Wednesday. Scores of Malian soldiers mutinied, firing shots in the air and seizing the state broadcaster amid fury over their poorly-equipped efforts to stamp out a Tuareg insurgency in the north.

By msnbc.com news services

Updated at 3:12?a.m. ET: Renegade Malian soldiers went on state television on Thursday to declare they had seized power in a coup after the government's failure to quell a nomad-led rebellion in the north.

The soldiers of the newly formed National Committee for the Restoration of Democracy and State (CNRDR) read out a brief statement after heavy weapons fire rang out around the presidential palace in the capital Bamako throughout the night.

"The CNRDR ... has decided to assume its responsibilities by putting an end to the incompetent regime of Amadou Toumani Toure," said Amadou Konare, spokesman for the CNRDR.

Curfew
"We promise to hand power back to a democratically elected president as soon as the country is reunified and its integrity is no longer threatened," said Konare, flanked by about two dozen soldiers. A subsequent statement declared an immediate curfew "until further notice."

The statements made no reference to the whereabouts of Toure, who for the past decade has presided over one of the more stable governments in West Africa and was due in any case to step down after elections scheduled for late next month.

A soldier at the presidential palace who asked not to be named because he feared reprisal told The Associated Press the presidential guard had failed to defend the palace against the renegade soldiers. The?unidentified?soldier said while the troops had seized control of the seat of government, they could not find Toure, the country's?democratically elected leader.

The gold- and cotton-producing nation has struggled to contain a northern rebellion launched late last year by local Tuareg nomads joined by heavily armed fellow Tuaregs returning from Libya after fighting for ousted leader Moammar Gadhafi.

The rebellion, in which dozens have been killed and nearly 200,000 civilians have fled their homes, has added a new layer of insecurity to a region where al-Qaida allies have carried out a spate of kidnappings of Westerners and other crimes.

It?has also?exposed Bamako's lack of control over the northern half of a country twice the size of France.

The mutineers who complain they lack arms and resources to face the?separatist insurgency.

Mali army mutineers reportedly attack presidential palace in the capital, Bamako.

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called in a statement for calm and for grievances to be settled democratically.

In a sign of spreading support for the mutiny, two military sources in the northern town of Gao confirmed the arrests of several senior officers in the town, a regional operations centre.

Bamako was briefly paralysed last month as hundreds of Malians put up street barricades and burned tyres in the streets to protest at the government's handling of the rebellion.

Toure, in power since 2002, has said he is planning after April elections. The former paratroop commander overthrew a dictatorship in a 1991 coup and relinquished power a year later before returning to office via the ballot box.

'The talks went badly'
A military source said a trigger for Wednesday's events was a visit by the defense minister to a barracks in the town of Kati about 13 miles north of Bamako.

"The minister went to speak to troops but the talks went badly and people were complaining about the handling of the crisis in the north," the source said.

A defense ministry official who was at the meeting said a soldier accused the defense minister of betraying them by not giving them means to fight the rebels. Soldiers then began throwing rocks at the minister before taking weapons from the armory and shooting in the air.

Tuareg fighters seeking to carve out a desert homeland in Mali's north have made advances in recent weeks, including the seizure this month of the key garrison town of Tessalit by the Algerian border.

Reuters and The Associated Press contributed to this report.

Jeffersonville IN Real Estate News You Can Use! | Kentuckiana ...

Jeffersonville IN Real EstateWhether you?re feeding yourself or feeding your family, it?s important to know that the food you?re eating is safe and nutritious.

But perceptions about finding a balance between those two essential factors have become muddled in recent years. While there is an increased effort to promote the consumption of healthy foods, particularly fruits and vegetables, there are also conflicting messages about their safety.

Concerns about food safety range widely, from the use of pesticides to medications given to livestock to outbreaks of diseases. Unfortunately, those concerns can affect the amount of healthful foods in Americans? diets. ?Feedback from consumers and practicing nutritionists is beginning to show that concern about pesticide residues is having a negative impact on consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables,? says registered dietitian Dave Grotto. ?What we need to do is encourage ? not discourage ? greater consumption of ?healthful produce.?

It might seem that the most logical solution would be to research whether foods are safe. A lot of information about this subject is available on the Internet, but that?s not always a practical option. Busy families that have schedules filled from morning to night don?t often have time to add an extensive research project into the mix. Luckily, there are some new resources available ? often on mobile platforms ? to help you make sense of the food safety headlines.

One resource, the website www.safefruitsandveggies.com, developed and operated by the nonprofit Alliance for Food and Farming provides consumers with scientific data that?s been translated to a user-friendly format. For instance, scientific research available to consumers about the amount of pesticide residue on foods can be filled with confusing numbers and terminology. But this site?s pesticide residue calculator gives you information about how much of a particular food item you could eat without any effects at all from any small amounts of pesticide residues that may be present. This can be based on either gender (for adults) or age (teens and children). For example, according to the calculator, a child could consume 154 servings of apples ? even with the highest pesticide residue recorded by the USDA ? in a day without any effect, or an adult woman could eat 2,332 servings of kale. The calculator is also available for download as a smartphone app.

?Of course we know a child couldn?t consume 154 servings of apples in a day, but by providing more science and perspective on the safety of produce, we are hoping to give consumers more information to help them when making purchasing decisions in the produce aisle,? says Marilyn Dolan, executive director of the Alliance for Food and Farming. ??And, we are also hoping to halt the trend toward continuing decline in consumption of fruits and vegetables in America by reassuring consumers about the safety of both organic and conventionally grown fresh produce.?

If consumers are still concerned, they can simply wash their produce before eating.

The benefits of nutritious foods like vegetables and fruits are so far reaching that excluding them from your diet can adversely affect your health. With new resources that aim to help consumers understand the facts about food safety, it?s easier than ever to ensure that the meals you serve your family are full of healthy, delicious ingredients.

Lady Gaga: 'Sometimes I feel worthless'

Charles Krupa / AP

Lady Gaga launched her Born This Way Foundation at Harvard University in February.

By Courtney Garcia

She may be bold enough to rock a dress made of meat on the red carpet, but superstar and international pop sensation Lady Gaga admitted to Oprah Winfrey she often feels ?worthless? despite her success and fame.

Appearing Sunday night on ?Oprah?s Next Chapter? on Winfrey's OWN network, the singer discussed being bullied as a kid and the impact it?s had on her self-esteem and personal call-to-action as a celebrity activist.?The singer says?schoolmates threw trash at her?and?called her a ?slut,? and those memories inspire her to promote empowerment through her music and to further anti-bullying initiatives.

?All the praise you receive, something inside of you is scarred by those experiences,? said the 25-year-old singer. ?Sometimes I feel worthless.?

Gaga recently invited Winfrey to join her at the Harvard University launch of her Born This Way Foundation, and told the television host her only real fear is for the safety of her family, and the effect her own career choices may have on their lives. The two spoke from the pop star?s childhood home in New York, and were joined briefly by?the singer's?mother.??

While admitting her own desire to have a family, Gaga would not say whether or not she was currently in a relationship, only that she was ?very happy.?

She told Winfrey, "I want kids, I want a soccer team, and I want a husband. Well, I'm being superfluous. I don't want to have one kid. I want to have a few."

Regardless of any self-doubts, Gaga?s career is certainly in full force, and her financial value has only seen an exponential rise. According to the Wall Street Journal, her Twitter account alone is worth an astounding $30 million, and, as noted by Winfrey in the two-hour interview, the singer raked in $90 million in 2011. She will begin the international leg of her ?Born This Way Ball? tour on April 27 in South Korea, making stops throughout Asia and Australia with European and U.S. performances expected for the summer.

And from here on out, the singer tells Winfrey she is cutting off the media.

?Other than this interview, Oprah, I do not intend to speak to anyone for a very long time,? she said.
